For Easter dinner I made Strawberry Shortcake Tiramisu. The recipe can be found at chatelaine.com. It's Lady Finger biscuits, dipped in orange juice, and then layered with marscapone cheese mixed with whipping cream and strawberries. They topped theirs with chocolate sauce, but I thought it would be fine with some extra strawberries on top, and I left out the chocolate altogether this time. It was a fabulous. A wonderful spring dessert. Try it.
